Mushroom Coffee Extract

Almost every “mushroom coffee” on the market uses mycelium-on-grain — the mushroom root structure grown on cheap oats — which is not the actual mushroom and is mostly starch. PrimaGround uses dual-extracted, fruiting-body lion’s mane and cordyceps powders verified by beta-glucan content (≥ 20%) and the absence of starch. The coffee base is single-origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, freeze-dried for a cleaner cup.
